  • We will talk you through any procedure that we carry out before we start to ensure that you understand are accept the procedure. 

  • We will follow health and safety, cross infection and infection control procedures very carefully, your health and safety is our primary concern.

  • We will let you know all prices and costs of treatment before we start and if you require give you a written copy of the plan.

  • We will be there for anything you may require, no problem is too little. If your concerned, then so are we. We will strive to ensure that you are comfortable and relaxed in our care.



Payment Options


Payment for your Dental Treatment can be made using cash, credit/debit card or cheque. For NHS and Private Pay-as-you-Go Patients you pay as and when treatment is carried out. The Dentists will inform you of the cost of treatment at your check up and if required a treatment plan showing the work required and the cost. 




Appointments will be made at the reception desk. If for any reason you should need to re-schedule an appointment please give as much time as possible, however we accept that things can occur at short notice. Missed appointments will not be charged, however should you miss 3 appointments in a row, there may be a charge. 


In Case of Emergency 


If you have a dental emergency during practice hours, please phone the practice as early as possible and the reception team will do their absolute best to ensure that you are seen that day, at a convenient time. if however your emergency falls out of practice hours call NHS24 if you are an NHS patient on 111. If you are a Private or Plan patient then our out of hours number is 0845 269 9462


Treating Children


We are a child friendly practice, and loving having the kids in, there is always something for them to do whilst they are waiting. we would ask all the patients that they bring their children in from when they first start getting teeth through to allow them to get used to seeing the dentist who can seem very scary at a young age. Children are treated free under the NHS until the age of 18, where they may be required to pay. 




Patient confidentiality at our practice is taken very seriously and all information about our patients is treated with the strictest confidence in accordance to the data protection act.


Treatment Gurantee 


As part of our patient care, and dental work and treatment carried out is guranteed for a full 12 months (1 year). If for any reason after treatment is completed and something happens, please do come back cause it may be possible to have it re-done for free, providing it was part of the previous treatment plan.

We will acknowledge the patient’s complaint in writing and enclose a copy of this code of practice as soon as possible, normally within three working days.  We will seek to investigate the complaint within ten working days of receipt to give an explanation of the circumstances which led to the complaint.  If the patient does not wish to meet us, then we will attempt to talk to them on the telephone.  If we are unable to investigate the complaint within ten working days we will notify the patient, giving reasons for the delay and a likely period within which the investigation will be completed.


We will confirm the decision about the complaint in writing immediately after completing our investigation.


Proper and comprehensive records are kept of any complaint received.
